Additional Service Charge :
RM150 per trip for on-site technical support within 50km from Cuscapi service center

RM250 per trip for on-site technical support within 50km from Cuscapi service center
 
 

Terms and Conditions for Managed Security Services (MSS):

  1. The minimum agreement duration is 1 year.
  2. The MSS package does not cover any broadband services.
  3. Cuscapi will consult on all the architecture design, policy and configuration with the necessary approvals from Client.
  4. The MSS package does not include any certified training.
  5. On-site technical support will only be provided in response to critical incident. The definition of critical incident is any situation that affects the Client’s daily operations.
  6. Hardware replacement outside of Klang will be sent via courier to arrive by the Next Business Day unless special on-site request is stated by Client. For special requests, all travelling and accommodation costs will be borne by Client.
